The entire villa gives a sense of peace and rustic beauty. I was transported to old Marathi Peshwa times right from the moment I stepped into the house. The caretaker, Mr Prasad Oak, serves amazing food at very reasonable prices. Really enjoyed my stay and hope to visit again!
Amazing place to stay....booking the place was extremely hassle-free with Adhiraj's instructions Prasad ji, the caretaker of the property is a gem of a person.... he'll be always there whenever you need him for anything The property itself is in a very peaceful location...no issues with connectivity since wifi is provided....rooms are very spacious.... although there is just 1 bathroom, more are being constructed when we inquired about the same.
The place left us amazed. It's so untouched by time. It's not a bungalow, it's a wada - An iconic heritage palace. Each and every element of the wada was thoughtfully designed. The rooms are the way it's shown in the pictures and the place is out of the world. We had an amazing four-day stay. Would definitely love to visit the places. a lot of sightseeing to do around even for a four-day trip. Loved every bit of it. Thank you Adhiraj and Prasad for a wonderful stay. The cab and the food were arranged by Prasad for us.
Our stay at Jogai was like going back to our grandmother's house. A typical Konkani home with all the details preserved, the "Padvi" "Osari" "Sopa" "Majghar", made us feel cosy and comfortable. Adhiraj needs to be applauded for keeping the old house intact, yet making sure all the amenities are present for a comfortable stay in today's world. The house had all the amenities mentioned. In addition, it is located in a quaint and peaceful village which adds to the charm. There is a slight challenge of no network coverage (other than BSNL), but he has installed a good WiFi connection to solve that. Overall an excellent experience will definitely come back 🙂

This is an excellent place to stay if you are travelling with your family and friends. Located in the heart of Hedavi and only a couple of minutes' drive from the Dashbhuj temple - this has to be one of the best places to stay in Hedavi. This pristine wada is beautifully maintained. Keeping the charm of the old with amenities of the new. 100% recommended.
If you want to enjoy a soothing experience without much city noise, do visit the place. Prasad Oak is a great host and helps you with everything needed.
We recently stayed at Jogai Homestay in Hedavi for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The place was exactly as described by the host, with ample space and privacy, making it perfect for a large family like ours. The homestay was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing all the essentials we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts about Hedavi is its location. It’s conveniently close to several beautiful beaches and popular tourist attractions, allowing us to explore the area easily. The host was welcoming and provided helpful information about nearby spots to visit, adding to our overall experience.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Jogai for families or groups looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-located place to stay in Hedavi.
The place is amazing, same look as per photo showed on Airbnb. Surely I will revisit this place again. The village is also beautiful. There is one math near the property, which is a highly recommended place after visiting this property. rest all things are good. And one more thing about caretaker Prasad Oak is that he is very humble, and the food that is provided by him is very tasty and reasonable. I have already suggested this property to my friends and family.
The property is simply amazing. The property actually matched all the descriptions noted on the portal. Definitely recommended for those who are looking for a traditional home away from home with limited amenities and quality time with yourself and loved ones then just go for it. Mr. Prasad the local coordinator will take care of all the needs of the guests. Three cheers to Adhiraj for not just preserving the ancestor's property but also letting the guests experience their ancestorial home.
It was an overwhelming experience to stay in an old ancestral home with interconnected rooms which was very well maintained and equipped with the basic facilities required on a holiday stay.
The induction pack document is very well prepared by the Host giving details of every facility the house is equipped with, safety measures etc. Thanks for the same. Appreciate the efforts taken to keep alive the ancestral treasure and make it available for stay for tourists.
